1:ORDERS
Orders received before 12:00pm Eastern will be processed the same day. After 12:00pm will ship on the next business day.
We limit orders to a maximum of $500. We are a small business selling to other small businesses and end users. We do not sell to wholesalers or resellers. We keep our orders small and our stress low. We want to excel in order execution and focus on manageable sized orders. We pay you to help keep it that way by keeping our prices LOW.
2:SHIPPING
Ground shipping applies to all orders. We are unable to guarantee faster delivery.
3:BLIND SHIPPING
Upon prior approval, we can expedite blind shipping to facilitate delivery to third party locations. Instructions must be clearly communicated.
4:RETURNS
Orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned or refunded, so please order carefully. Defective products will be verified when returned and promptly refunded or replaced.
