Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every order to arrive correct and ready to install. If something's wrong, contact us within three(3) days of delivery at info@145ptags.com or 1-813-334-7678 and we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email us a photo of the item and your order number within five (5) days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

​

Standard returns: Unused, unopened product in original packaging can be returned within [X] days of delivery. [Buyer pays return shipping / We cover return shipping — pick one]. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Custom Printed Tags: Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, since they're made to order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are acknowledged immediately and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Standard shipping is via ground service only. We also offer FedEx Priority Shipping — available online at checkout or by emailing or calling us directly.

We ship from Maitland, Florida. Shipping and office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, holidays excluded. Orders placed outside these hours are still acknowledged right away and shipped the next business day.

First-time online orders are limited to $1,500. Contact us directly for larger initial orders or if the item quantity you need is not in stock.

Eliminate the time-consuming tie off required with traditional plain fish paper. Adhesive backed rolls wrap quickly and adhere to themselves without lacing cord, dramatically reducing installation time and field labor.

Save on-site INSTALLATION TIME with PRE-CORDED 145P Tags

These Tags arrive pre-corded and ready for installation. Always packaged twenty-five (25) to a bag for ease of retrieval. Our proprietary semi-automated assembly process eliminates the need to cut and attached the lacing cord in the field to help you reduce preparation time  and labor.  These 145P Power Tags are available in both the traditional grey fiber PTags and the white UL 94-V0 rated PTags.

Dark Plain Fish Paper Rolls for easy identification from a distance

The dark electrical insulating fish paper rolls are noticeable from a distance and will not blend with the color of the traditional cable insulation, busbar insulation and cable trays. Some installers like how this slightly stiffer paper handles in the field with its improved tear resistance
